Rumour has it Queen Bey will also release details about her world tour this weekend. Many people have expressed their frustration on Twitter with her song's message.

"I think it was outrageous", Giuliani said on Fox News Monday.

The singer was last on a stadium tour - the On the Run Tour with husband Jay Z - in 2014, a year after she headlined the Super Bowl halftime show in New Orleans.
